Return & Refund Policy

We appreciate your purchase from Naanal – The Saree Galore.
Every saree is carefully inspected before dispatch, as we aim to deliver only the finest quality pieces. Please read our return and refund terms below.


1. Returns

  • We do not accept returns once an order is delivered, as each saree is part of a curated and exclusive collection.

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted only if the product received is damaged or defective.

  • To request an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Mandatory:
Please share an unboxing video and clear photos of the damaged area for verification.


2. Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags, packaging, and invoices must be intact.

  • The exchange must be initiated within 7 days of approval. 

  • The exchanged or replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days

If the above conditions are not met, the request may be declined.


3. Refunds

  • Refunds are not applicable for sarees once sold.

  • A refund will be issued only if we cannot provide a replacement for a verified damaged or defective product.

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. 

  • Post approval, we will process the refund within 5 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellations and modifications are not possible.


5. Colour & Texture Variations

  • Slight differences in colour, fabric texture, or weaving pattern are common in handcrafted sarees and are not considered defects.

  • Such variations highlight the artisanal nature of our products.


6. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact us via Email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order ID, unboxing video, and clear images of the issue.

  3. Wait for confirmation and return instructions from our team.
