  • We make every effort to display product colours and details as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting and screen resolution differences.

  • As our products include handcrafted and traditional sarees, slight variations in weaving, pattern, or embroidery are natural and not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments can be made through the secure payment options available on our website.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are usually shipped within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.

5. Returns & Exchange

  • As most of our sarees are exclusive pieces, we currently do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

  • In case of a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order, along with an unboxing video for verification.

  • Approved exchanges or replacements will be processed after review.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been shipped.

  • Once the product is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
