1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 working days after order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • In case of any delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability or courier issues), we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery time may vary based on your location:

    • Metro cities: 3–5 working days

    • Other locations: 5–8 working days

  • Tracking details will be shared via email or WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders or promotions.

  • For all other orders, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

  • Any additional courier handling or remote area charges will be communicated in advance, if applicable.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link through email or WhatsApp.

  • You can use this link to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Delays & Non-Delivery

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier agencies, natural calamities, or circumstances beyond our control.

  • In case your parcel is returned due to incorrect address or contact details, re-shipping charges may apply.

6. International Shipping

  • Currently, we offer international shipping.

  • For special overseas requests, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp, and we’ll try our best to assist.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, please share an unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery at naanalthesareegalore@gmail.com.

  • We will assess the situation and arrange a suitable resolution.
